Welcome to Prime Designs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web design, branding, SEO, social media management, and digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

4.1 All websites will be developed using WordPress unless otherwise specified by the client.
4.2 Additional costs may apply if the client requests a different platform.
4.3 Website redesign projects require the client to provide access to the existing website, hosting, and necessary credentials.
4.4 Website maintenance services (including updates, security patches, and backups) are available as an ongoing paid service.
4.5 If a client opts out of website maintenance, Prime Designs is not responsible for issues arising from outdated software, security breaches, or website downtime.
5.1 If a client requires functionality that necessitates a premium plugin or software, it is their responsibility to cover the associated costs.
5.2 Prime Designs is not liable for recurring fees or maintenance costs of third-party plugins or services.
6.1 Promotional offers apply only to .co.za domains unless explicitly stated otherwise in advertisements.
6.2 Special offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
6.3 Hosting & Domain Promotions
7.1 Prime Designs offers SEO services to improve website rankings on search engines, but we do not guarantee specific rankings due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms.
7.2 SEO services include:
7.3 SEO is a long-term strategy, and results may take 3-6 months to reflect depending on competition, industry, and search engine updates.
7.4 The client must provide necessary access to their website, Google Analytics, and Search Console for SEO implementation.
7.5 Prime Designs is not responsible for ranking drops due to algorithm changes, competitors’ strategies, or client modifications to the website after SEO work is completed.
8.1 Prime Designs provides social media management services for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
8.2 The client must provide all necessary login credentials and branding materials.
8.3 Social media management includes:
8.4 The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
8.5 Prime Designs is not responsible for negative user interactions, comments, or social media platform outages.
9.1 Advertising campaigns require a 50% upfront payment before execution.
9.2 The client is responsible for:
9.3 Prime Designs optimizes ad campaigns but does not guarantee specific results (e.g., conversions, leads, or sales) as ad performance depends on audience behavior, competition, and budget.
9.4 Refunds are not provided for ad spend once the campaign has been launched.
10.1 Prime Designs does not provide website hosting unless explicitly agreed upon as part of a separate arrangement.
10.2 For promotions that include free hosting and a domain name, Absolute Hosting will be used. If the client chooses a different hosting provider, Prime Designs will cover an amount equivalent to Absolute Hosting’s fees, and the client will be responsible for any additional costs.
10.3 Website maintenance services are optional and billed separately.
10.4 Prime Designs is not responsible for security breaches, hosting downtime, or data loss once the website has been transferred to the client.
11.1 Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these terms.
11.2 Prime Designs reserves the right to suspend or refuse service in cases of:
